Ophiuchus may be the only zodiac based on a real man. he was known for his medicine skill and traits attributed to this sign are such things as a seeker of wisdom, attraction of jealousy, and likes to wear plaid (oddly specific).

The zodiac that the astronomers use is always changing, albeit very slowly ... about one degree every 72 years (there are 30 degrees in a sign). And this is because the earth is tilted on it's axis, and the direction the axis points in wobbles completing a circle ever 26,000 years. As it wobbles, it changes our perspective to the rest of the universe.
Astrologers know about this. Eastern (or Vedic, or Hindu) astrology uses the same zodiac - the Sidereal Zodiac - that the astronomers use. This "change" is no big deal.
But Western astrologers use a different zodiac, one that doesn't change. We name that start of the Spring Equinox as 0-degrees of Aries, and that is where the Tropical Zodiac starts.
