Why do people think he's scary and why can't they solve the mystery of the Zodiac?|||i am thinking he was specially trained by the military and went mad -they needed someone from the military to solve the mystery.
he left little if any traces - they guy was a trained killer no match for cops.|||People have a tendency to fear murderous lunatics who efficiently evade capture.
Go figure.
